To the White family : We were very sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. White. He utilized our fitness center for many years . You could always set your watch because he was here each morning at 8 o'clock sharp. He lived a great life but his journey is over now and he is in the hands of the lord. Benjamin Osterman White, Sr., 96, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2024.
A public viewing will be held on Thursday, August 15 at Hargett Funeral Service, Inc., 905 E. Market Street, Greensboro from 1:30 pm - 6:00 pm.
A homegoing celebration will be held on on Friday, August 16 in St. James Baptist Church, 536 W. Florida Street, Greensboro; visitation with the family begins at 11:30 am followed by the service at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park.
