Mr. Bennie Edward Sampson, Sr., age 62, of Raleigh, NC, passed away at home. He was born on January 8, 1957, in Robeson County to the late Ernest Edward Sampson and the late Addie Chavis Sampson.
He is survived by his son, Bennie Sampson, Jr. of Farmville, NC; one granddaughter, Anna Sampson; two brothers, Ernest W. Sampson and wife JoAnn of Lumberton, NC and Johnny Malcolm Sampson of Maxton, NC; and two sisters, Gloria Jean Sampson and Isabel Hawkins and husband Jessie, all of Greensboro, NC.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 19, 2019, at 4:00 PM at Lumbee Memorial Gardens in Lumberton, NC.
