Not sure what to say?

Although we have not lived in Scotch Plains for over 25 years, I was a neighborhood friend of Frank's and remember hanging out at the Connone's house along with Joe Guidi, the Mineo's and other of our buddies. I remember how Mrs. Connone used to hang her cheeses and Italian homemade meats in the garage to dry...and how good it smelled. She must have been a saint having to deal with us boys in and out all the time, but she was always very nice to us all. That's what I remember about her. ...

To the family of Bernice Cannone, please accept our deepest condolences on the passing of "Nice". May the Good Lord bless her and keep her in His care.

Frank, my sympathies on the passing of your mother. I am sure she was a fine woman judging from the quality of her son. All the best.

Dear Nicky, Mike, Frankie and Susan, our deepest and heartfelt condolences on the passing of your loving mother, Nice, an amazing person and a dear friend to our family. We regret not being able to attend the services in person but we will be there on St. Bart´s live stream for the funeral on Thursday. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you and with your families as we cherish all the beautiful memories of years past spent together. Riposa in Pace alla nostra carissima comare Nice All...

I have so many fond memories of Zia Nice and her family. She and uncle Mike were always so welcoming and kind. She and Zia Faust introduced us to Ocean Gate, and we loved the times that we were there and the memories that we made.
Nicky, Michael, Frankie and Susie, I am so glad that you had her for so many years, she was truly a very special lady. Rest in peace, sweet lady and know that the world is so much better for having you in it
Love,
Kathy Stanco-Winch
