Bernice Townsend Johnson-Walker began her life on October 08, 1934 in Troy, Alabama to the proud parents of the late Leler Townsend Reynolds and Ivery Townsend Sr. There were eight siblings that preceded her in death.
Bernice received her formal educational experiences within the Public School System of Miami-Dade County. Bernice worked for Jackson Memorial Hospital and Catalanos Nurses Registry as a Nurses Aide.
Being raised in a Christian family, Bernice was baptized and attended Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church.
Bernice was a special individual who touched the lives of many, especially her family. In her own loving way she was an inspiration to those she came in contact with. Bernice enjoyed watching her favorite football team the Miami Dolphins and attending church.
