Funeral service for Bertha Deloney Webb of Decatur, Alabama will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Homer L. Moses Memorial Chapel of Peoples Funeral Home with Pastor Kerri Minor, Sr., officiating. The body will lie in state from 12:00 noon until funeral time.
On Saturday, November 1, 2025, public viewing will be from 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. at the Peoples Funeral Home.
