With heartfelt sympathy we announce the burial service for Mrs. Bessie Williams Greene Nelson of Baltimore, Maryland, formerly of Alvin, South Carolina. 

Burial service for Mrs. Bessie Nelson will be held Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery, 2449 Santee River Road, St. Stephen, South Carolina. 

She leaves to cherish her memory: her devoted and loving children, David (Gloria) Nelson, Sally Nelson, Thomasena (Sylvester) Cook, Sandra Nelson and Aljarian Nelson; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Ulysses (Glennie) Greene and Levester Greene; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

We humbly ask that you surround the family with love and prayers as they walk through this time of sorrow.
