Kate, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your grandmother. I will miss seeing her at my shop. She was the sweetest customer I have ever had. May you remember all the good times you had with her. I just read about her passing today.

The wonderful and sterling Tuckett family lived a block away from us in the Ambridge neighborhood of Gary, Indiana. From Dave I learned much about Soap Box Derby racing, something which has been passed along over 3 generations in my family. From both Dave and Tom, I improved my tennis game. Mr. Tuckett was a gentleman who coached in my Little League, Mannbridge. Mr. Tuckett and I attended an NCAA Tournament game together in Madison, Wisconsin. Betty was such a good friend of my Mom, Jean Hewitson, a sweet lady & I loved her laugh, also my piano teacher! Great memories her as part of our church family.
