Not sure what to say?

My Mother was a pretty amazing Lady. One memory, when she was the Director of Curriculum for the Department of Education in South Carolina, I watched early one morning about 5am working on a poster, she didn't see me. The poster was for "Language Day" where kids from all over the state gathered at the South Carolina University coliseum. Each language would have their own table, in the clothing and offer foods from the various countries. It was a fun time for all those involved.
How her...

My husband, David, was keen on family history and maintaining connection with as many relatives as possible. He and Beverly were first cousins and after many years of full lives they rekindled a connection and began writing to one another. That practice then included both our daughters after an in person meeting at our home. Beverly was thrilled to know that they both had experiences living in Latin America and had become fluent in Spanish. Beverly had such a wide range of interests and...

Ms. Beverly was a sweet jewel and she was so precious.Especially when she would meet you at the door she would have the biggest smile on her face saying come on in and when I meet her I was amazed about her using the computer and ordering off of Amazon that was her life.when I would leave she would say thank you for everything like always.Take your rest now you fought a good fight.

My Dearest Beverly, I will so miss our lengthy phone conversations, sharing stories of our lives. You may be gone but you will never be forgotten. You enriched my life so much with your smile and our friendship. You certainly did bloom here in Loris and you touched many lives. To know you was to love you. Rest in Peace my beautiful friend.

I met Miss Beverly 3 years ago when I was working for Palmetto Personal Care as a Personal Care Aide. She was a client of mine and I loved her from the minute we met! She had such a fun and quirky way about her and she was just one of the most beautiful woman I have ever met. Writing stories was her passion, she had written (and published) many books on Amazon. She had me proof read a few of them, and she would proof read some stories that I had wrote. We sat and talked about present times...

Beverly! My fond cousin and friend!
Also my favorite correspondent. A person of broad interest, well read, and could converse any topic. And not just converse, but could do so in her own quick witted style and flair.
Always a joy! I'll miss her.

My mother, a good conversationalist, had a love for good movies & food. Enjoyed a good story, curios about cultures, history and people. Memories of busily typing on her IBM Selectric, jotting down notes for course work or a new story. Typing was better for her penmanship was worse than a doctors scribble. The Selectric gives way to a computer keyboard. Had more story ideas than she had time. Now the keyboard is quiet, and the pen set aside, it is time to rest.
