Billie Marie Carroll

It was my privilege and pleasure to call Billie my sister-in-law for 12 years. She was a wonderful and kind soul. With a laugh you knew it was her! She went through a lot but always had a smile on her face. She was loved by all that knew her! We know that God took another angel.
