If not for Bill and Phyllis, I probably wouldn't be here. They were friends with my parents (Marvin & Snirley Lasley) and kind-of helped them make the move to get married. My folks rented a house from the Emmerts earlier in their marriage and were lifelong friends with them. Wonderful people who bring fond memories to mind. What an inspiring legacy!

I did not personally know this gentleman but wanted to send my sympathy to his family.
Reading his obituary, made me aware of an outstanding gentleman. A very progressive, intelligent man helping and leading others. I admire him and his life.
