When I first met Billy he had come to Auto City Speedway to inquire about registering his racecar. We talked a little and I found him to be a very sweet guy! He would be a great addition to our racetrack family. One day I was going into Kroger and heard someone yell over to me... it was Billy and Misty!!! We again talked awhile. To my cousin billy, i cannot believe god had to take.you so soon, you were a great person to be around a great father. You would give the shirt of your back for anybody.
