So sorry to hear of the passing of one great man of God whom all loved and respected who knew him. He will be missed by us all, but to know we'll see him one day and never have to say no more goodbyes, means the most. Although we did not know Billy personally, we have heard many wonderful things from our son-in-law Reece Helms about his uncle whom he loved very much. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife and family during this time. He is in a greater place! Ron & Sheila Fortner

We were saddened to learn of Bill's passing. Our friendship spans many years and goes back to childhood and as classmates at Fairview School. Bill grew up one mile from the Biggers' family home in Brief. We have been friends for more than a half century. We want you to know you are in our thoughts.
