First I would love to say my prayers and condolences to the Manns family I remember Billy back in the days we use to go the 15 cent movie theater in Bassett as soon as Billy would come in that’s when all comedy broke out I don’t thank anyone ever watched the movies he was so much fun and could dance his tell off he will surely be missed
