I never knew Bobby well, but my husband always said he was a fine man. After my husband's passing, I would call every year to schedule a maintenance check on the heating system, and we would have a friendly chat for a minute or so, and he was always nice and answered all my questions. After he stopped going out on calls, Shane did the service, and he was friendly and efficient like his dad.
