Bonnie's Obituary

Hurt…….Bonnie Gail Keatts, age 59 of Hurt died Friday, November 8, 2024 at Autumn Care Nursing and Rehab of Altavista.  

Born August 9, 1965 in Henderson, NC, she was a daughter of Mary Elizabeth Ward Epperson of Altavista and the late Bernard Wagner Tuck, Sr. She was predeceased by two brothers, Bernard Tuck, Jr. and Cecil Tuck; and one sister, Peggy Barbour.  Mrs. Keatts was a supervisor with Mail America.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.   

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Donnie Keatts of the residence; two daughters, Shannon Motley and husband, Scott of Chatham and Felicia Burkhardt and husband, Matt of Hurt; one son, Shane Keatts of Gretna; two brothers, Early Tuck of Altavista and Clyde Tuck of Altavista; six grandchildren, Shyanne McCluster, Landon McCluster, Payden Burkhardt, Raylan Keatts, Logan Motley and Wesson Burkhardt; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday, November 11, 2024 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and will receive friends at the residence of her daughter and son-in-law, Felicia and Matt Burkhardt, 105 Laurel Lane, Hurt following church on Sunday, November 10, 2024.
