Brenda Kay Sprabary was a loving wife, mother, granny, sister, and friend. She left this world suddenly on February 8, 2021.
Born to Edgar and Emma Bell on June 21, 1952, she grew up in Andrews, Texas. She married Melvin Lee Sprabary on July 14, 1978. Melvin and Brenda were longtime residents of Sanger, Texas, where they raised their children.
Brenda had a huge heart. She loved people and had a smile for every single person she encountered. The woman didn't know a stranger, and her friends were more like family.
She had a strong work ethic and loved her job of many years at Denton Regional Medical Center. Her coworkers were also some of the people that were more like family.
Family was important to her. She loved her children and grandchildren with everything she had. Being Granny and spending time with her grandbabies was her very favorite thing. She was so proud and always let them know how special they were to her.
There were so many wonderful qualities about Brenda. She touched a lot of hearts in her 68 years here on Earth and will be dearly missed by everyone.
She was reunited in Heaven with her husband Melvin, her parents, and other family members and friends. What a sweet reunion that was.
She is survived by her daughter Emily (Sprabary) Grunden of Ft Worth, son Christopher Sprabary and his wife Shanda of Krum, Texas, grandchildren Georgia, Gentry, Shaylee, Emilee, and Rowdee, stepchildren Jeff, Scot, and LeeAnn, sister Linda Harlan and multiple nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held by the family, details pending at this time.
