Esther, Bob & I are so sorry for your loss. Our last memory of Briton was when we were at your house & you were having a party. I don’t remember the occasion, but it may have been around Christmas. Briton James Grenfell of Davison, age 55, died Wednesday August 13, 2025 at his residence. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Those desiring may make contributions in his memory to the Hurley Children Foundation.
Briton was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on December 3, 1969 the son of Robert and Esther (Bacsik) Grenfell and has resided in the Davison area the last forty years. He was joined in marriage to Linda Mooney on June 18, 1994. Briton was an avid golfer and loved traveling, especially the many vacation cruises he and Linda enjoyed. Briton greatest joy was his family, especially his loving grandchildren. He was employed by Schram Auto Parts of Waterford.
He leaves to cherish his memory wife: Linda, son Chadd Farley and Mellisa, and Dr. Jodi Farley and Homer. He also leaves his loving grandchildren: Harper, and Logan. Also surviving is mother Esther Grenfell and a host of extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by father Robert Grenfell.
