to bulah,s family my name is maryann lanzara n my husband butch and were friends of yor mom,s at cobb st she was a great lady we played cards often with her and peggy stotto, we enjoyed manygood meals with them and had a ball, your mom was a very sweet lady when we think of her often , our prayers go with your family and just wanted to tell she was joy to be around

bulah took me under her wing at caldos. we became freiends and enjoyed each others company.she even brought me home to meet the family and what a nice family.she taught me how to make egg salad with pickles. my kids would not eat it anyother way.

Oakville   Bulah Mae Mastrianno “Beloved mother, grandmother & great-grandmother” Mrs. Bulah Mae (Tally) Mastrianno, 88, of Oakville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Valerie Manor in Torrington. She was the loving wife of the late Henry F. Mastrianno, Sr. Bulah Mae was born on August 30, 1927 in Newkirk, Oklahoma, daughter of the late Edward and Addie (Wainwright) Tally. In 1945 she married Henry F. Mastrianno. In 1946 they moved to Waterbury, and raised their family. Bulah worked for many years at Caldor’s in Waterbury. Upon the death of her husband, Henry she moved to Thomaston and many years later moved to Oakville. Bulah liked playing cards with her friends, cooking for her family and most of all she loved spending time with her sons, daughter-in-laws, and grandchildren. She is survived by three sons: Hank and his wife Judy of Chelsea, ME, Ed and his wife Gina of Bethlehem and Tom and his wife Antoinette Mastrianno of Torrington, four grandsons, one granddaughter, 8 great-grandchildren, a sister-in-law, Genevieve Tally, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers: Walter, Troy, Harold, Billy, Bobby, Donald and Harold Tally; four sisters: Tiny Honn, Edna Owens, Earnesteen Gillman and baby girl Tally. . Arrangements: A funeral service will be held Thursday, April 21st, 11:00 a.m. at Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury. Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery. A calling hour will be held Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. till the time of the Service.
