We are so sorry to hear of Ceasars passing.
He gave us great comfort when our mom passed away. We are forever grateful for his compassion and pray that you've felt his Spirit near, comforting you, at this tender time.
May you all be blessed with love and comfort.

I've known Caesar for over thirty years and was just saddened beyond belief to hear of his passing. We golfed almost every weekend for several years, lost track of each other at times but always got back together. You are a good man Caeser and I'm going to miss your humor and great attitude. Love you brother RIP CAESAR!!

My good friend, Caesar. I always told you that those ATVs were gonna kill you! So many memories are coming to mind. I met Caeser when he came to work at the casket company. That was the beginning of a 41-year friendship. I got to watch him grow from a 17-year-old kid to a 58-year-old kid. He was always up for some new adventure, and always someone I enjoyed working with. Special memories? I had a non-running motor scooter. I gave it to Caeser. He soon had it running and it was his new...

I am sadden to hear of the passing of Caesar. I became acquainted with him at the passing of my dear husband. Caesar, as well as The Broomhead family, showed my children and I, great kindness, compassion and generosity.
Caesar always went above and beyond to show me kindness and always a big smile and a warm embrace whenever we ran into each other. Seeing him at other funerals and at the store always brighten my day. I am going to miss his great big smile and bright eyes.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Caesar Andre Procunier on September 5, 2024. Some may know that he was in an accident at the St. Anthony Sand Dunes back in September 2023, his injuries resulted in him being considered quadriplegic. He fought hard and stayed positive even with all the challenges that he was presented with over the last year.
He was born May 15, 1966, in Walnut Creek, California to Walter Alfred Procunier and Carmelita Adelina Ortega. He had many fond memories that he would often speak of about the times he and his cousins spent as a child with his grandma and grandpa Ortega in California before moving to Utah as a teen. In Utah he found his group of best friends, and to this day he still spoke to them regularly. He attended Jordan High School and later in life went back to school and finished with his GED. He started at Midwest Casket Company when he was 17 years old, from there he stayed within the funeral industry and became an Insurance Agent, and then part business owner of Broomhead Funeral Home.
Anyone who knew Caesar knows that he was a party. He always liked to have a good time. He was so full of life, funny, charming, loving, kindhearted, and always liked to give to those who were less fortunate. You could always count on him to stop at any neighborhood kids’ lemonade stands, he loved to support them and would encourage them to keep up the good work ethics. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially memories of camping and hunting, and most famously what the Procunier Family was known for was hosting the Provo River Float and “24th of July” Party.
He is survived by his children Cedar, Andre (Larissa), Lexi (Corey) and Payton (Kirsten); granddaughter Eva; girlfriend Debra Bailey who continued to be with him this past year; business partner, former wife and dear friend Laura B. Procunier; brother Erik Anderson, and many aunts, uncles and extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father and grandma and grandpa Ortega.
A visitation will be held Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 1:00 – 4:00 PM at the Broomhead Funeral Home 12600 South 2200 West Riverton, Utah. He will then make his final trip down to Torrey, Utah to be buried Monday, September 23, 2024, at 10:00 AM.
