Not sure what to say?

RIP Carl. Thank you for the laughs!

In memory of and in gratitude for his honorable military service. May God bless him and welcome him home. Peace be with his family and friends at this time.

I’m so thankful for your humor and how when we’d talk on the phone, you’d say, “you know who loves you?” I’d reply, yes I know, I love you too. One time you called and sang “I just called to say I love you, I just called to say how much I care. . .” You could carry a pretty good tune. I’m also so thankful you and Leo were close friends, y’all put a lot of miles on your motorcycles and were more like brothers. I know you’re having a time with Mama and other family members singing, laughing...

I will forever remember our hard laughs and long talks!! Your humor was definitely your light and it will be missed! Give my love to Granny, Memaw (Big Mama) and Aunt Velma!

I’m so sorry for your loss. I knew Carl through my best friend Glenda, his sister (my 2nd Mama) Mary Jean and growing up in Gladewater. I remember seeing him quite a bit at the boat dock at Gladewater Lake. He was always teasing Glenda and me. Great memories of those times! May God bring you comfort and peace as only He can.

He was an amazing Uncle. He thought me to ski on lake Gladewater. We hung out a lot, he loved dancing. We would go out for a drink and always dance. My favorite Uncle. Love you. Fly High, your niece Glenda.
