Not sure what to say?

To Mrs. Kosmos and the entire Kosmos family, I'm very sorry for your loss, you all have my deepest sympathy. I didn't know Carl, very long, I met him as a coworker at Amazon, we were working in the same dept., he was very nice, with a good spirit. I enjoyed talking to him, he loved to talk, he would tell me, "you work, you're a good worker". I even started calling him, paw paw, he was a cool guy, and he will truly be missed.

Carl and I started work at Amazon on the same day. He and I became friends that same day. I always valued his friendship and was always willing to lend an ear. When he would see me, he would tell his coworkers, "There's my buddy!" He often referred to me as Uncle Bill. And when I would come lagging into work, he would always say to me, "Hey, you made it!" I will miss my dear friend. You all have my deepest condolences.

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
