Carlos you brought life and fun into every class I had with you at HCC. And you were always available for as simple as a laugh and the “to go to” friend ! You will be missed dearly! I pray May God Rest your soul in eternal peace, Amen!

Carlos, my heart is breaking with the weight of this news. Your HCC and SFA families only found out today. We want your other grieving family and friends to know how bright your light shine and how deeply you touched every soul you crossed. Till we meet again.

To the guy that constantly picked at me and called me short, but could also be one of the sweetest people in the room. The one who kept you laughing, and dared you to match his fly, you will be missed. I know I didn’t get to see you much over the years, but when I did see you, it was like no time had passed. Even though you worked my nerves inside and out, you were and will always be my brother. So now, both of tall brothers and walking with angles, making sure your sisters have a seat next...

One of the best memories I have of you was whenever you'd come visit Grandmama's house you'd pick me up and throw me in the air! Because you were extremely tall it felt like I was close to touching God while flying in the air lol.

You were always smiling, joking and even took time to listen to me talk about my plans for after high school and me possibly joining the Army afterwards.

These memories I'll keep close. Though...
