I can’t believe this!! I just saw Carlos a few weeks ago . He has always been a great friend and helped me out with several projects . He is probably one of the few people I would ever speak Portuguese with. So many memories of talking about Ronaldo, the Portuguese National team, Benfica, his love of driving across the USA. He had so many funny stories. I am totally shocked and saddened by this horrible news. RIP

Slick, I miss you! I appreciate all the help you provided to me and my family when we needed it. You were always willing to lend a hand. The fun times we had on vacations and all the laughs and challenges we faced together as a family will always be remembered. I appreciate and will cherish all the tools and construction knowledge you've shared with me. I’ve been inspired by you for a long time, especially by the way you’ve been a great father to Te and a loving husband to Laura. You were a...

You were always helpful, patient, trustworthy, hardworking and always went the extra mile. I was planning on seeing you Monday, to paint my barn but that day never came. My heart is broken for you and your family. I have...

We are comforted knowing that he lived life to the fullest. Worked hard and “played” just as hard.
What an honor and a blessing to us to have been a part of his life. Such a loving husband, father and friend who will be so sorely missed.
Rest in peace Slick. Until we
