Carol was my "adopted older sister". I first met Carol when we both sat in the back of the church in the same pew. Little did I know that several months later we would become close friends through Piecemakers Quilt Guild in Marshall. She was so darn funny and we shared many laughs and a few tears. Momma Carol you are in heart always. I remember riding the bus by your house every day to you getting money from my granny in Germany for me to pick up once it came to you. That silly hound dog you always had man the miles that pup could walk and I remember seeing you at the playday events back when I still rode horses.
