Carolyn Williams

Carolyn Williams, age 67, a native of  New Orleans, LA  and a resident of Houma, LA was born on June 17, 1958 passed away on Saturday February 21, 2026. She was survived by her husband, Wayne Williams, Sr;  her children, Yanick Williams and Byron Williams; her mother, Rose Lee Johnson; her siblings; Marilyn Williams (Curtis), Valerie Johnson and Trenell Johnson; her uncles Richard Johnson, Ivory Van Johnson, and Carl Celestine; and her aunts Sherry Ann Johnson, Carrie Carter (Issac), and Mary Celestine. She was also survived by a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. She was preceded in death by her son, Wayne Williams, Jr; her father, Clarence Johnson, Sr., her siblings; Clarence Johnson, Jr., Reginald Johnson, and Debbie Nelson; her grandparents, Earl Johnson, Wildred Johnson, David Johnson, Sr. and Cora Gee Johnson; her uncles David Johnson, Jr., Earl Johnson, and Lewis Trahan; and her aunts Sandy Simms, Beatrice Smith, Yvonne Johnson and Johnnell Johnson.  Relatives and friends of the family, also Pastor, officers and members are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at the Living Gospel Church, 140 Corporate Drive, Houma LA 70360 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Interment Southdown, LA, Houma, LA.
