I would like to express my sympathy to Carroll’s family. I met Carroll in 2009 when he attended gospel meetings in Spartanburg . It was then he made his choice to serve God. It is a comfort to think of the living hope he has. He was thankful for God’s mercy and enjoyed the fellowship meetings as long as he was physically able.
