Not sure what to say?

My sincere sympathy to all of you, I will always treasure the memories of teaching Sunday School with Cathy for many years sharing the leadership duties with her learning so much from her year to year. At the age of 92 I will not be able to be with you in person but will watch the funeral on my phone. I look forward to being with her in eternity.

I had the honor of teaching with Cathy at St. Lorenz for nine years. Cathy owned the treasure chest of dress up costumes that were relied upon as we wrote scripts for student/Faculty basketball halftime shows. Such a good sport and great way to showcase her wonderful sense of humor. Her love for the Lord was contagious!
She is resting in peace

Miss Nightlinger was my first grade teacher many years ago. She gave me a wonderful start. I went on to get a Ph.D. in Engineering and have had a wonderful career. I am so appreciative of her passion for teaching, her faith and helping me to grow in my faith and academics in those early years.

My the peace if God be with all the family and friends during this time of grief. Ms. Nightlinger was my second grade teacher and was one of my favorites while attending St. Lorenz. She had the patience and kindness that inspired me to become a teacher. My she rest in peace wrapped in the Lord's love.

To the family and loved ones of Cathy:
As I recall Miss Nightlinger as a first grade teacher at St. Lorenz, she was committed to her students, fellow staff members, loved the Lord and was supportive of the church, school and the kids far beyond her retirement. Also loved her Concordia College Seward, Nebraska! There is comfort knowing Cathy is now with Jesus in her eternal home.

My sympathies to her family. Miss Kathy was my first grade teacher at St. Lorenz many, many years ago. I am saddened to hear of her passing.

So many great memories through the years. Know you are smiling and laughing with Uncle Barney and Aunt Lucille in Heaven !

Never forgot family activities we have done from hunting up at the cabin to all the reunions. I will never forget you.

What a blessing to know that my dear friend and former co-teacher at St. Lorenz is in the arms of our Heavenly Father in heaven.
