Cecil will be missed and remembered as the shy little blue eyed boy who loved roller skating and trying to pick up the young girls. We were so in puppy love back in the day( 12 yrs old we were) we were going to get married and have a bunch of kids. Oh how time changes all of us. Go home now Cecil and enjoy seeing all your family in heaven. Hugs buddy.
