Rest in peace brother in law. Last time I saw i was your barber cutting your hair. Your wife, my sister, will miss you deeply. She took such good care of you day by day and I can truly say she loved you. We shall always remember you and your cool attitude. You’re in a better place now.

Cecil Partman born June 30, 1941. On October 6, 2024, he transitioned to be with the Lord. Services will be held on October 12, 2024 at Little Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 2901 Lincoln Ave., Slidell, Louisiana. Services begins at 10am. Interment will be held at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 4000 Norman Mayer Ave., New Orleans, Louisiana. May the Lord strengthen and comfort the family during their time of bereavement.
