Cecil Doyle Ramsey Jr, 59, of Panama City, Fl died Wednesday September 19, 2012 at the Panama City Nursing Center in Panama City, Fl. Cecil was born in Panama City, Fl on November 26, 1952 to Nellie Harvey and Cecil Doyle Ramsey Sr.
He was preceded in death by his parents;
He is survived by a brother, Kenneth Ramsey and wife Wanda of Cottondale, Fl.
Graveside funeral services will be held 1p.m. Friday September 21, 2012 at Evergreen Cemetery in Panama City, Fl, with Rev. Charles Pettis officiating with Obert Funeral Home of Chipley directing.
Family will receive friends from 9-11a.m., Friday, September 21, 2012 at Obert Funeral Home.
