Charles David Blackburn

   Charles David Blackburn, 60, 0f Belfry, KY, passed away Thursday December 11, 2025, at Pikeville Medical Center. David was born May 26, 1965, to Catherine Ann Cundiff Blackburn of Kimper, KY, and the late Willis Raymond Blackburn. David is also preceded in death by his brother, Kermit Blackburn, his sister, Rebecca Jane Blackburn, brothers-in-law, Bennie Anderson, and Shon Ray, and his paternal grandparents, John Gilbert and Lizzie Blackburn. David was a construction worker and of the Baptist faith.      David is also survived by his wife, LaFonda Blackburn, his children, Willard Raymond Blackburn, and LaVinnia Chalyn Blackburn, his siblings, Nancy Carol Anderson, Sherry May, and Ethel Mae May Blackburn, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.     The visitation will be held from 6 - 9 PM Saturday December 13, 2025, at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home. The funeral services will be held at 11 AM Sunday December 14, 2025, at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home with John George Blackburn officiating. The burial will follow at Smith Cemetery, Sidney, KY, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. R. E. Rogers Funeral Home of Belfry, KY, is serving the Blackburn family.
