So hard to believe .. So very sorry for your loss. Chuck was a great Boss- director of rehab at Westbay. He provided his therapy team with much leadership, support, many quotes and humor especially in an environment of mostly females! He was very proud of his family, spoke of his sons often. May God give him rest and peace and provide Bonnie and sons with peace during this difficult time. May his memories bring you comfort. Sending thoughts and prayers for him and Family. RIP Chuck .

I worked with Chuck at Harborside Nursing Home, and he was the nicest person; Moreover, he was an excellent PT Strength to his family and friends.

I worked at a long-term care facility with Chuck for many years. He was intelligent, dedicated and well respected by his patients and peers. My condolences to his family.
