Charles passed away peacefully on July, 9th 2025 at the age of 73, surrounded by the family he cherished.Charles was a pillar of strength and humility—a hardworking husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and son. He dedicated his life to providing for his loved ones and did so with quiet determination and grace. Whether through long hours of labor or quiet moments of wisdom and laughter, Charles led by example and gave from the heart.He was the beloved husband of Virginia Garcia, sharing 48 years of marriage built on love, patience, and enduring faith. He was a proud father to Cheryl, Cathy, Jackelyn, and Esther, a cherished grandfather to Carissa, Jonah, Mariah, David, Christopher, Audrey, Elijah, Frankie, and a loving great-grandfather to Melody, whose presence brought joy and warmth to every generation. As a brother, son, and friend he was loyal, caring, and deeply loved.Charles’s faith in God was a guiding light in his life. A man of prayer and peace, he trusted in God’s mercy and carried his faith not only in words but in action. He taught those around him the power of quiet strength and the beauty of a generous heart.We take comfort in knowing that Charles is now at peace in the presence of the Lord.“Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.”He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the blessing of knowing him.Viewing will be held on Monday, 8/11 at the Mission Hills Catholic Mortuary at 5pm.Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, 8/12 at Santa Rosa Catholic Church, at 10am. Family and friends are welcome to attend and celebrate the life of a truly remarkable man.
