Charles H. "Chip" Parsley

Chip is gone. That is so hard to believe. It seems like just yesterday I was cheering him on at the Shorewood basketball games. He was a natural leader. So quiet, yet so confident. He would always and only talk about the good in people. I cannot remember Chip uttering a harsher word than “gollee”! I will miss him, I do already. My condolences to Chip’s family. He was a good man.
