Charles's Obituary

Charles W. Hewitt Sr., age 84, of Owosso, died Tuesday January 30, 2018. Private services have taken place. Charles worked for 35 years for Shiawassee County Road Commission as a Road Grader and Foreman, he also loved playing and tinkering in his shed. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Marlene Jeanette Hewitt, his daughter Cynthia Gowdy of Owosso and his grandson Zachary Gowdy. He was preceded in death by his son, Charles Hewitt Jr., 3 sisters and 1 brother, his birth parents Dewey and Pansey Hewitt and his adopted parents who raised him, Margaret and Glen Hewitt.
