Not sure what to say?

Mr. Mac created Heritage when I was checked out of school. As a founding student, he helped me and so many others rethink and take charge of our education. He inspired me to open my own school. Mr. Mac was the most caring educator I have ever had the privilege of knowing. I miss him. I send so much love to his family which he talked about all the time at school.

Sending love, prayers and strength dear Elaine and family. With our deepest sympathies.

You took me into your program when I was called a lost cause. You treated me and generations of kids like human beings instead of 'problems' to be cast aside. I know I was so angry and yes I sometimes directed that anger at you, but I will never forget the impact you had in my life. You saw through the anger, the sadness and spoke to the child underneath. He opened our minds and hearts, teaching us empathy, courage, and understanding.
Even after I returned to Trinidad we remained in...

Mr. Mac had a way of encouraging curiosity and perseverance in his students and I always admired that. The St Peter staff was mostly young, newer teachers, and we learned a lot from listening to Mr. Mac and observing his ways with the students. Somewhere out there in the cloud there is a video...

Our Deepest Condolences To His Friends And Family As They Mourn His Passing.
May His Soul Rest In Eternal Peace And His Memory Live On Forever.
Mr MacLaughlin Was A Very Special Person And A Wonderful Teacher Who Always Make Sure That His Students Learn And For That My Family And I Will Be Forever Grateful Because He Taught Our Daughter Andria And My Niece Melanie .
