Charles's Obituary

Charles Ogram Jr., 85, passed away on January 11, 2026. He was born on February 24, 1940, and lived a life marked by independence, loyalty, and unmistakable character.

Charles was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Carole, whose memory remained close to his heart throughout his life.

He is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Morgan; his nephews David Kaubin, Sam Kaubin, Coleman Raines, Jeffrey Storer, and Peter Storer; and his niece, Beth Storer, all of whom will miss him deeply.

Charles had a lifelong love of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and antique cars, passions that reflected his appreciation for craftsmanship, power, and things built to last. He was known for his scrappy spirit, strong opinions, and a feisty edge that made him unforgettable to those who knew him—never one to back down and always fully himself.

Above all, Charles will be remembered as a man who lived on his own terms and left a lasting impression on his family. His presence, stories, and unmistakable personality will be fondly remembered and deeply missed.

A private ceremony will be held for the family only. In lieu of flowers, donations in Charles’ name can be made to the Vietnam Veterans memorial Fund, 1530 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 550 in Arlington, VA. 22209 or www.vvmf.org
