My condolences to the entire family. I was blessed to know Charlie, we had a lot of laughs! He will be missed! He was a great man of men.

Thinking of you, Aunt Serita..My uncle Charlie was one of my personal heroes. Ever since I can remember hearing stories about his days in the service inspired me to enlist. I'm thankful to have known such a great man, hero, and patriot. His memory will always be alive with me for as long as I live, and I will miss him dearly.

Much love always, Ryder

Thinking of you Aunt Sereita. ❣ Uncle Charlie was always a hoot and loved from Pennsylvania to Kentucky and then from Pennsylvania to Florida and back again. I'm thankful my kids got to meet some of the most important people I know. Rexton talks about her trip to Kentuckys all the time.

Love, Raven, Rexton, and Romi.

I had the pleasure of working with Charlie at the USBD from 2009 until his retirement. Our daily chats and jokes were always something to look forward to. The 'Candyman' as I called him, always brought a smile to co-worker's as he shared a piece of candy while telling stories of his military service and family. My heartfelt prayers and condolences go out to Charlie's family. Rest in Peace Charlie!

Uncle Charlie will be greatly missed by all who knew himHe was an avid part of my childhood and teenage years . Spending time with him Aunt Serita and Aaron are some of my memories. Just a few of my favoritespainting the porch. Burning the bread2 Dairy Queen’s in one trip Not to mention our trip to Tennessee all the swimming and umpire stories!!!
We will all miss you, Love Racey , Michael , the boys and Kennedy

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. Our thoughts, love and prayers are with you all.
