Charles William Bugan, 58, of Elizabeth Township, passed away at home on Monday, May 27, 2019. He was born March 28, 1961 in McKeesport and was the son of Emilene (Feruck) and her husband Sam Homa of Elizabeth Township and the late Charles W. Bugan, Sr. Charles was a graduate of the Pittsburgh Culinary Institute and was a Chef. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Charles Bugan and daughter, China Rae Bugan, and sister, Donna Lynn Jakub of West Mifflin. Friends are welcome Friday, May 31, 2019 from 10:00 am until time of service at 12 noon at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township.
