Dear Clark family, I remember with fondness all the members of your family, especially Charlie Mae. My mother died in 1947 and all of us had to move from Rosedale, La to South 18th Street in Baton Rouge. We couldn't have landed in a better neighborhood. The neighbors were all friendly and helpful, especially the Clark family. Charlie was delightful to know and we kept in touch over the years until she moved to a nursing facility and we lost contact.
