Charlotte Marie Tacker, 76, of Harrisburg, passed away June 9, 2025 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. She was a DHS Secretary. Ms. Tacker was born August 12, 1948 in Memphis, TN to Theados and Esther Preston Rye. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by one son Eric Tacker of Lake Placid, FL, two daughters Teresa Gray and Dawn Bly of Harrisburg, two brothers Jerry Rye of Moreno Valley, CA and Richard Rye of Rogers, four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Wilson Funeral Home in Tyronza, AR is in charge of the direct cremation.
