Passed away October 8, 2025, in Mount Vernon, Washington
He was born July 31, 1942, in Culver City, California
Family moved to Washington in 1945. He attended Meridian School and graduated in 1960. Chet worked various jobs around the county he loved being outdoors. Chet married Constance Rae (Gray) in 1979, helping raise her four children. He also was in the Army.
Chet enjoyed fishing, crabbing, clamming, smoking fish, hunting, reading, working on puzzles, and playing games with his baby sister, Wendy. He was an amazing storyteller and told the best jokes.
Chet attended Grace Christian Fellowship.
Chet is survived by his wife Constance, her children, Carla, Edward, William, and LeRoy. His daughter Jeannie Wood and his grandchildren Steve and Valene. His sisters, Judith and Wendy.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, Arthur Merrell Fuller and Margery Lea Fuller, and an older sister Loretta Franklin.
Chet was in the Army, and was honorably discharged on November 9, 1960.
