He was such a friendly, kind man.

The Family has my sincerest condolences in the loss of your loved one. May the love of family & friends & your good memories help you through this difficult time.

Grew up in the same neighbor hood with Ray in the 1930s & 1940s went to school with Lydia Ellen at Bethesda one room school apx. 15 students grades 1-7 always thought of them as friends l know he will be missed

My thoughts and prayers are with y’all. I did not know Mr. Phillips but, if Frankie and Ashley are anything close to the type of person he was then he must have been a great man. If I can do anything at all please don’t hesitate to ask.
