Not sure what to say?

Christine was a lovely, sweet and caring lady whom it was a pleasure to have as a friend. Her creativity and appreciation of beauty in nature and her surroundings was evident in every aspect of her life. It was difficult to see her struggle with health issues later in life, but she and Heinz had lived a full and satisfying life through their solid work ethic evidenced in the life they built together. While Christine’s final life struggle has ended, the lingering memories of friendship is our...

Christine was a very special lady. She will be missed by so many people. My deepest sympathies to her family.

We met Christine and Heinz when my parents moved next door to them in Saginaw. They were such a loving couple and I remember them taking walks together. Their love of flowers was very evident in the landscape of their house in particular the lilac brushes! I was fortunate to have Christine's floral genius for my wedding flowers. Sincere condolences to her family and friends.

Praying for Christine and the family and friends who will miss her dearly.

I would not be where I am at in life if it was not for Christine and Heinz. They treated me like a son when I worked for them taking care of their property. Christine is absolutely a beautiful person. I am so blessed to have had Her and Heinz in my life. I am putting my relationship down as "family" because of how much of a positive impact they have made on my life. They both treated me like I was their son. Absolutely amazing human being. Love.

Christine definitely was one of my mentors. And like you said in the obituary, I still use her techniques today. Thank you for being a great mentor a great teacher a great Boss. Rest in peace. Jr Quinones ( Blehm)

Christine was an inspiring and gifted floral artist, and a woman who led with such grace and kindness. I had the pleasure of working for Christine and Heinz for a brief time at the flower shop, as well as serving alongside her in the floral industry. Her influence left a lasting impression on me and on so many other floral professionals. She will be deeply missed.

We loved Christine! She was a good friend and we’ve shared many good memories together from being at her house parties and also the Fischer Platz and Frankenmuth where I performed and of course making Frankenmuth Florist my official Florist for my German attire. Christine was wonderful and I am very sad to hear about her passing, but we shall meet again in our final rest in place with the Lord Jesus Christ in heaven praise be to God.

Christine Pfeffer reached her final resting place on December 9, 2025.  Christine was born to Hermann and Elfeiede Gesierich in the Sudetenland city of Kuttelberg, Czechoslovakia on March 9, 1940. As a young girl, her family moved to Bavaria, where she would relish the views of the mountains and the Neuschwanstein Castle.  In 1956 she would meet her love leaving a movie theater.  In 1958 she married Heinrich (Heinz) G. Pfeffer and their adventures began.  Leaving their family and friends in Germany, they traveled by freighter to Manitoba Canada in 1959, Colorado Springs a few years later eventually landing in Saginaw in 1965.  In 1968 they moved to Frankenmuth as the new owners of the Frankenmuth Florist and Greenhouse where she dedicated over four decades creating world class floral designs. Christine attained the highest level of design by becoming an AIFD designer and recognized for many of her award-winning designs including a bridal bouquet that received a standing ovation. Christine's talent was shared with many floral designers that still use her techniques and style today.  In 2005 they retired to their little piece of paradise while still sharing her talents with the florist and community.
