Christopher "Kip" Westrup was born May 19, 1966 in California.
He passed away at his home in Baltic, SD on January 23, 2026 at the age of 59. He was employed at DCT in Dell Rapids the last 15 years. Kip enjoyed playing horseshoes with friends, and often joined in on tournaments in the area. He enjoyed telling his jokes, especially if you laughed at them.
He is survived by his father John and mother-in-law Pat, brothers Joe and Ron, special friends, and his beloved pets,"Red" and "Tater".
