Cindy Ann Freeman-Lee passed away peacefully on March 20, 2026, leaving behind a family who loved her deeply and will miss her dearly.
Cindy had a complicated journey in this life but was a truly resilient woman who overcame so much. She quickly grew to be a strong independent woman who was able to put herself through college to receive her associates degree and became a bookkeeper. She developed so many lifelong relationships through those she helped.
Cindy was a loving mother and proud grandmother and provided her children everything she could. They meant the world to her. She loved supporting her children and cheering on her grandchildren through all their passions. She was a friend to many and enjoyed staying in touch and getting updates from everyone. She had the same love of cars as her dad did. A favorite past-time for her was watching movies and loved a good rom-com. She coached her daughters in softball growing up and supported them in dance, 4-H and rodeo. She loved camping, four-wheeling and fishing.
Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Sally Sue Anderson and Kent LeRoy Lee, and by her sisters; Devie Thorpe, Robin Barker and Brenda Peterson.
She is survived by her two sons, Zepher Peck and Zayne (Jennifer) Peck; her two daughters, Tricia Hardman and Britney Montgomery; her grandchildren, Chaz (Kennedy), Airus, Jaylee, Zachary, Ali, Jazlynn, Brielle, Lindsey, Zayden, Whitney, and Mason; her great grandson Haze; her brother, Kenny Lee; her sisters Carrie and Shari.
A viewing honoring Cindy will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, beginning at 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m., at Broomhead Funeral Home, 12600 S 2200 W, Riverton, Utah. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Lehi City Cemetery, 1525 N 600 E, Lehi, Utah, where friends and family may gather and share memories.
She will be remembered for her laughter, her kindness, her friendships, and the warmth she brought into the lives of everyone who knew her. Cindy was deeply loved, and her absence will be felt always-but her spirit, humor, and love will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
