Not sure what to say?

We were fortunate to meet Ron through our friend Margaret. We enjoyed his company at the Marine Art Museum and his visit to our farm and church. Although our friendship was brief, we are thankful that we got to know him.

I am from Spain. In 84-85, I was at UW-L, and signed up for 2 extraordinary classes: Dr. Burman's English Grammar, and English Styles. His inspiring education, humanity, vocation, and adventure of discovery, learning, teaching, and life reached far. I was honored to also become one of his friends and dear Valerie' s too.
With respect, love and gratitude always.

I am proud to put this in for Eddie.

"May your soul RIP.,Professor Ron. This maybe the end of your earthy journey. But this is just a gateway leading you to another world, the Kingdom of the Lord where you will earn eternal happiness with Valerie.
God bless us All."

My deepest condolences to the friends and family of Ron. He was a great teacher and friend. I was pleased to introduce him to Valerie and thank her for her influence to my art as a teacher. Happy to reconnect to him through Mike Martino. Ron was an outstanding member of helping the art in LaCrosse honoring his wife Valerie Wentzel. He touched many, especially with his poetry.
