Clarissa's Obituary

Clarissa Marie Olivas, 47, passed away on December, 3, 2025, in Midland, Texas. Born on November 29, 1978, in Alpine, Texas, Clarissa lived a life marked by faith, compassion, and a deep love for those around her. Clarissa was a woman of profound spiritual devotion. Her faith was not only central to her life but also the foundation of her daily actions. She found joy and purpose in reading the Bible, sharing scripture, praying at the sanctuary, lighting candles for her sisters in Christ, and participating in novenas and rosaries.  Her spiritual life was vibrant and unwavering- she was always ready to offer a prayer or a word of encouragement to anyone in need. She had a heart full of generosity and kindness. Clarissa loved helping others and praying for them with sincerity and warmth. Whether through thoughtful words or quiet acts of service, she gave freely from her heart- a heart that many described as golden.  Clarissa also found happiness in simple pleasures: writing, reading, laughing, dancing, singing, taking pictures, doing makeup, and spending time with family and her beloved cats. These joys reflected her creative spirit and zest for life. She embraced every moment with enthusiasm and grace.  She is lovingly remembered by her husband Tino Lopez; her son Tate Torres; daughter-in-law Analiza Lopez; her mother Barbara Flores; stepfather Jaime Flores; father Jose Olivas; stepmother Dora Olivas: brother Rick Olivas; her loving aunt Tina Flores and children Christina, Gina, Dina, P.J along with extended family and close friends A woman becoming ever stronger in her walk with God, Clarissa leaves behind a legacy of faith-filled love and selfless giving. Her memory will continue to inspire all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her. A viewing will be held on December 27, 2025 from 12 PM - 9 PM at Lewallen Garcia Pipkin Funeral Home Chapel with a Rosary Service at 6:00 PM
