Deepest sympathy to the family. When I first started to attend Tara Baptist we had little classes on Sunday night and id go just to listen to Claude speak he knows the word of God like no other and it was because he lived and loved the lord. He touched my life. He will always be remembered.

Sparky and I our heart broken over the loss of Claude. He was a wonder person and neighbor. May god bless you in this time of sorrow.

My Favorite Claude! So many years working with him at the Henry County Courthouse. His sweet smile and the prankster he was. Miss his peanut butter fudge. Thank Claude for always making me smile and looking after all of us in Judge Chafin's courtroom. You will forever be remembered. Condolences to your family. You will always be loved and cheerished.

I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Crisp at Henry Co State Court. He was the most sweetest mild mannered and calm person I have worked with. He will be truly missed. Prayers for strength for the family. RIP Claude Crisp.

Mr. Claude Ernest Crisp, Jr. age 75 of McDonough passed away January 20, 2018. Mr. Crisp was a member of Tara Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his son: Richard Dion Crisp. He is survived by wife: Carolyn; children: Brian Claude Crisp (Sherrie) of McDonough, Nicole Kovzel (John) of McDonough, Jason Crisp (Marnie) of FL; sisters: Juanita Kilpatrick (Rob) of NC and Wilma Jean Owens (Joe) of MD; grandchildren: Seth, Brett, Caden, Shelby, Colton, Bryant, Mollie and Tyler; great grandchilddren: Gunner and Raylin. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Tara Baptist Church with Pastor Ron Little officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 AM- 12:30 PM at the church before the service. Additional services will be held at 1 PM, Wednesday, January 24th, 2018 at Bear Creek Baptist Church in Robbinsville, NC and internment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Tara Baptist Church Building Fund 10461 Tara Blvd Jonesboro, GA 30236.
