Claudine White

 Claudine White, 88, of Vinson Street, Williamson, WV, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 7:20 AM. She passed away peacefully at Pikeville Medical Center. Claudine was born August 2, 1937, in Tuscaloosa, AL, to the late Willie and Lillie White. Claudine was an only child and had no children, but considered her health care team as her family. When Claudine graduated college, she went to work as an Economic Resource Worker. She retired from there on November 30, 2000. Claudine was a member of Logan Street Baptist Church. Her faith and devotion to the Lord is something she wished everyone could experience. She enjoyed her prayer time and daily devotion. Her hobbies, before becoming bedridden, were reading, doing word search puzzles and traveling.     Claudine leaves behind to cherish and honor her memories several cousins. One special cousin, Curtis White of Alabama. She enjoyed their phone calls and visits. Her care team, Koneta Parsley, Joann Varney, Cadence Collins, Mary Blair, and Evette Robinson. Koneta Parsley's two daughters, Ra Chelle Collins, and Kristen Armes and their children. Butch Hairston of TN, called her mom and Theresa Wilkerson, was a close friend.     The visitation will be from 6 - 9 PM Tuesday February 17, 2026, at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home with special services at 7 PM. The funeral service will be conducted at 11 AM Wednesday February 18, 2026, at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Hairston and Pastor Joe Moore officiating, The burial will follow at Mountain View Memory Gardens, Huddy, KY, with her family and friends serving as pallbearers.  R.
